If you sign up as a "User" or "Member" to this website, it is a contractual agreement and a request for financial credit by you from BitStream Energy, LLC. You are responsible for satisfying all charges incurred on your Account. BitStream Energy, LLC reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.  All accounts of the "User" or "Member" are non-refundable.  There are no cancellations or exchanges allowed.  Please read the above paragraphs in these Terms and Conditions pertaining to warranty.  Each login id is for one customer/one person in a company only. Sharing or transferring "User" or "Member" account information (login id's) is not allowed. Each login is logged, and each "User or Member's" usage is audited. Any violation may result in legal action, civil or felony. You may not share any information from BitStream Energy, LLC's website or databases with anyone.  As the "User" or "Member" you are responsible for your own login id and password, and you are financially responsible for it's usage.
